Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the AI Job Redesign Toolkit ("the toolkit") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the toolkit. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

The toolkit is a SaaS platform that helps HR / L&D managers and OJT supervisors generate personalised on-the-job training plans and trainee logbooks aligned with BCA / WSG / SP requirements. Access is provided to authorised company users on a per-account basis.

3. AI disclaimer

AI-generated plans and logbooks are recommendations, not professional or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws, codes of practice, and BCA / WSG / SP requirements before relying on any output. The toolkit grounds chat answers in retrieved source material where possible, but you must confirm material accuracy before acting on it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the toolkit only for lawful business purposes related to OJT planning and supervision.
  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts and free-text inputs.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.
  • Comply with PDPA (Singapore) when uploading or generating any personal data through the toolkit.

5. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights.
  • Submit content that contains NRIC, salary information, or other sensitive personal data not necessary for OJT planning.
  • Use the toolkit to generate misleading regulatory or compliance advice.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or tenancy isolation controls.
  • Resell or sublicense access to third parties without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

Elitez Corp Pte Ltd retains all intellectual property rights in the toolkit, its prompts, retrieval indexes, and templates. You retain ownership of content you provide and content the toolkit generates from your inputs (your generated plans, logbooks, chat transcripts).

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 1,000 if no fees have been paid.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify Elitez Corp Pte Ltd against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the toolkit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law (including PDPA) in respect of personal data you upload through the toolkit.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access on material breach of these Terms, on insolvency, or on expiry of any underlying contract. You may close your account at any time via the in-app data-deletion flow (which provides a 30-day cancellation window before hard deletion).

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall first be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre, failing which the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a banner in the toolkit. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
